Ham with creamy
cheddar sauce in a bread crust
Ingredients: Filling:
Cooked ham and water product (cured with water, dextrose, salt, 2% or less of
the following: modified corn starch, potassium lactate, sodium diacetate,
sodium phosphates, sodium erythrobate, sodium nitrite.) Cheddar Cheese Sauce
(water, modified food starch, a dehydrated blend of whey, buttermilk solids,
cheeses (granular and cheddar [milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes]),
maltodextrin, nonfat dry milk, whole milk powder, salt, whey protein
concentrate, lecithin, sodium phosphate, sodium citrate, autolyzed yeast
extract, citric acid, artificial color (yellow # 5, yellow # 6), lactic acid and
enzyme.) Cheddar Cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes,
annatto [color]). Crust: Flour (Bleached Wheat Flour, Ascorbic Acid added as a
dough conditioner, Niacin, Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Enzyme, Folic
Acid.),Water, Sugar, Shortening (Partially Hydrogenated Soybean and Cottonseed
Oils), Salt, Yeast, Dough Conditioner (Whey, L-Cysteine Hydrochloride), Sodium
Bicarbonate.
